RULES GOVERNING WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
The Rules are a part of the Contract with every person who accepts water or sewer service from the Slippery Rock Municipal Authority ("Authority") and every person or entity, by taking water or discharging sewer, agrees to be bound thereby.
The Authority owns and operates its water and sewer systems. The Rules are administered by the Authority, which has the sole authority and responsibility for any required decisions or approvals as governed by Commonwealth Law and The Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act.
The Rules are not intended to conflict with any local, state or federal legislation. Any provisions that are found to be in direct conflict with such legislation shall not be applicable.
