How to Fill out the Application
Paper Application
Landlords and property owners will fill out the "Bill To..." column on the application. If the property is a rental, please fill out the "Copy of Bill..." side with the tenant's information.
Online Application
Landlords and property owners will fill out the "Owner Information". If the property is a rental, please fill out the "Alternative Address" with the tenant's information.
