Technical Difficulties w/ Municipay Portal

The Municipay Portal had a big upgrade on July 19th. Since then many SRMA customers have been experiencing a technical problem. It is causing a block within the software and redirecting the user to the beginning payment screen. This glitch is mostly affecting mobile and Apple payment users. If possible please make payments on a Windows-based desktop or laptop computer. If not, SRMA customers still have the option to use our old payment system to make online payments. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working together to resolve this matter.
